It Shocked The AT Community
The Appalachian Trail community, otherwise known as the AT amongst hikers, couldn’t believe that something so macabre had gone on in their territory. While most believed that their routes were safe and sacred, and something as shocking as a double murder takes place, it knocked them all off their feet. Even Geoff’s dad said, “Molly and Geoff were prepared for bears and snakes and other wildlife. They didn’t know their worst enemy would be a man.”
