Arresting A Man

It was on September 21 when the police would catch up to the man that the two hikers had called in about. He was attempting to cross a bridge while on Harper’s Ferry when the authorities managed to get to him. They would soon figure out that he was exactly the man they were looking for, and yet they couldn’t have know just how gruesome a past he had, at least, not in the beginning.
