Even Utah Representative Chris Stewart went on to tweet his thoughts regarding what had happened between Detective Payne and Nurse Wubbels. He shares, “Why did it take a month for administrative action? If any police or civilian leaders were aware of this video and took no action they need to explain why?” obviously quite perturbed by the events that took place.
