FBI Getting Involved
Because of how sensitive the case is turning out to be, the prosecution has requested for the FBI to get involved. Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill, who is handling the investigation, shares, “This is a very important issue, and it’s of great concern in our community.” All authorities, as well as the hospital heads involved, also feel like this may help them unravel any other underlying issues that may have been flying under the radar without their knowledge.
