Yulia isn’t the only one outraged by the statistics. There are hundreds of people in Ukraine who have been aghast how stray animals were removed from the streets. It had become so bad that Ukraine’s environment ministry had to take action. They had to do something before things get worse. More importantly, they also realized that there are people out there who would be more than willing to adopt a stray. So, what did they exactly do?
