IS IT ENOUGH?
While the officials in Ukraine have definitely taken steps to improve the current situation, it’s sadly not enough. Animal suffering is still present, which is why Yulia took this stray puppy rescue. This had happened in January of 2016. While she did have her cats with her and she loved them dearly, the puppies also had occupied a special spot in her heart.
