Judy would end up falling into a coma for 8 months. Many days she would code and have to be resuscitated, and she would deal with pneumonia, incredibly high fevers that wouldn’t go away and even a collapsed lung. It was an incredibly long and difficult fight, but that was exactly what she was going to do.
