The Law Is Finally Passed
Incredibly, the day after Judy’s death, the Ohio Senate passed legislation on ‘Judy’s Law,’ which will in turn add an additional 6 years to the existing 11 for anyone found guilty ‘for crimes that permanently maim or disfigure victims.’ In spite of Judy no longer being alive, she has been able to pass on a legacy for a better and fairer justice system.
