Since she’s been gone, Kelsey’s family visit her grave, as well as commemorate her, by releasing balloons on her birthday. They always release 18 blue balloons, 18 for her age when she died, and blue because it was her favorite color. Then as each year passes, they add another balloon for every year she’s been gone.
