Where Was David?

Sadly for the Sneddon family, there wouldn’t be any other information about David or where he could be. It was like he had vanished into thin air. And to make matters worse, the U.S. State Department had accepted China’s declaration that he was dead, and didn’t bother do an investigation of their own. To them, David was gone, but his family couldn’t accept that. For them, David had to be alive somewhere, but the huge question on everyone’s minds was, where?

He Thought They Were Safe

David’s roommate and travel mate, George, couldn’t believe what was happening. He even said that their stay in China hadn’t been worrisome at all. He stated, “We both felt safe, we thought no Chinese would ever touch an American because there’d be trouble.” But apparently, they were sadly mistaken.
