11. Are there really 9 planets in our solar system?
For the longest time, we were taught that our solar system is composed of 9 planets namely: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
Bye bye Pluto
Recently, Pluto was removed as an official planet from the list of the 9, leaving us with an octet of orbs revolving around the sun but recent findings suggest that the debate isn’t over just yet.
