As soon as he was arrested, Frolander took the plea bargain and the court charged him with lewd and lascivious molestation. He was sentenced to 25 years in jail soon after. As for Browning, he was not charged with anything. In fact, he maintained that he would have most likely killed the babysitter had his son not stepped in and stopped him.
