Off-Duty Cop

Palmer had worked for the force in her younger days and had immediately told the Wichita Police about what transpired in the Phillips home. However, she was scared that Scott was still a danger, especially to his own young girls. So, she left the station, picked up the perpetrator, and drove him to the middle of nowhere where she asked him to strip and confess. She was successful and he was sentenced to four years in prison. Palmer was charged as well and pleaded guilty for making a criminal threat. She was given a year of probation for what she did, but as a retired officer, she already knew what the consequences were.
