The case was immediately brought to trial. However, the father thought that the proceedings moved to slowly and took matters into his own hands. He shot two of the three men before disappearing from the public. On April 17, 2010, his body was found in a lake and his death was officially ruled as an accident by the investigators. However, many believe that he was drowned.
