In December 2013, Vela had already suspected that her daughter’s 18-year old boyfriend had been molesting her two-year old son. She couldn’t take things sitting down. So, she decided to smoke pot and instructed her girl to invite her boyfriend over so that they could have fun smoking up. The teenager obliged and at three in the morning, the boy arrived.
