Faulkner had suspected that his two underage girls were being abused by Thomas Williams. So, he called the county police where the latter was indicted on two counts of solicitation. He pled guilty, and instead of getting jail time, he was sentenced to merely three years of supervised probation. This disgusted the father in every way, but there was nothing he could do about it then.
