John David Duty
John David Duty had been serving time in jail for his crimes of ‘rape, robbery and shooting with intent to kill.’ But while incarcerated, he actually ended up killing a fellow inmate. This would end up changing his sentence to put him on death row, also being the first to die using the same drugs used to euthanize animals rather than what jails normally use due to a shortage.
