Hearing all these stories of actual deaths began to create an immense amount of dread and anger. Could the Internet really be such a horrible threat to the youth? And if so, what could they do to protect their children? They needed to know how it began, and whom they could put at fault.

They Wanted Someone To Blame

Russia was more than ready to figure out who had created this horrific game. They needed someone to blame for this, and they wanted revenge. Crazily enough, the person responsible admitted that he created the game back in 2013. His name was Philipp Budeikin, he was Russian and he was barely an adult himself.
