Rushing Home

Since Dallas was at work, he tried calling Evelyn, as well as texted her, but she never picked up or answered his messages. Dallas decided to rush home to find out what happened to her since she wasn’t picking up. He shares that when he got home, he was relieved to find her sleeping on the couch. He explains, “I thought she had just fallen asleep or something, I was like, ‘Oh thank God, she’s here, she’s OK.” But that was actually the farthest thing from the truth.

Dallas goes on to explain that after the relief came the horror. When he tried to wake up her from her slumber, that’s when Dallas said he saw all the blood. He goes on, “She’s bleeding from somewhere and all I can find is the cut on her neck, and I don’t even know where all this blood is coming from.” Then he continues, “And then she started moaning and groaning and everything, and I, all this started to click.”
