Don’t Smoke In Non-Designated Areas
While gum has many restrictions, so does smoking. And while cigarettes don’t need a doctor’s permission to use, you need to be very careful where you choose to light one up. Make sure that you smoke in designated areas, as well as only put your cigarette out in the proper place, or else be prepared to pay a hefty $1000 fine.
Don’t Cross The Street Unless You’re On A Pedestrian Lane
Singapore takes its rules very seriously, as if you couldn’t tell from the previous don’ts. Walking across the street is just as critical to the police as smoking and gum, amongst many other things. Make sure that you don’t only look twice before crossing the street, but that you’re actually on those zebra stripes as you traverse.
