Don’t Eat In Public Transportation

Along with the law of no littering, it is also considered disrespectful to eat while riding any of their public transportation. Given that Singapore has very stern governance, people respectfully don’t eat on trains, in taxis, or on buses. So if you know that you’re going on a slightly long ride to get somewhere, do yourself a favor and have a snack first.
