While the usual Chinese fare you may be used to at home most probably won’t be what you see when walking around the streets, it doesn’t meant that you shouldn’t try it. In fact, you should give the street food a chance and really dig into the cultural diversity and choices that they have to offer. You can always say no to the snake wine and fried scorpions if you don’t want to give them a try.
