The number of vehicles on the road in China is at a staggering 300 million, so you can also imagine the chaos this creates. Rather than attempt to get used to the roads, just hire someone to bring your around if necessary. You won’t be able to understand the road signs anyway, unless of course you happen to speak and read Chinese.
