You Shouldn’t Smoke Just Anywhere
Although Costa Rica is considered a third world country, they have made it a point to turn around their ranking in the world. Not too long ago, they have made it a law to be smoke-free, meaning you can’t smoke just anywhere. In fact, you might just find it really hard to find a smoking area anywhere near where you are. Make sure to look really hard for those red, white and black signs if you can’t fight off the urge.
