You Shouldn’t Ignore Volcano Warnings

Costa Rica is home to 67 volcanoes, of which many of them are still listed as active. Some of their volcanoes, particularly Arenal, despite being a huge tourist attraction was active every single day, but did not deter people from visiting. Because of the possibility of the volcanoes erupting at any time, you should never ignore the warnings or take them for granted. Be sure to listen to a warning when issued and move to safety as soon as possible.
