The Suspect Is Finally Found
Finally, after months of searching and investigating, James Michael Biela was arrested while dropping off his son at school. Apparently, the DNA sample taken from Biela in 2001 was a match to the DNA found at the crime site. This was the break the authorities needed to finally bring Biela into custody for questioning.
