Even Biela’s Sister Pleads With The Jury On His Behalf
Even the sister of James, Kimberley Eastman, attempted to plead with the jury to remove the death penalty on her brother’s behalf. Apparently all children could attest to the horrible beatings their father Joseph would do to their mom. It was even said that, “They could hear her (Lovell) screaming and observe the beatings. Sometimes she would go to the children’s rooms and hide underneath their bed. They’d see their father enter the room and drag her out from under the bed.”
