Joseph Biela
When interviewed, Joseph Biela, the dad of James, told the media that the entire testimony was a bunch of ‘lies.’ He claims that, “Everything was fine. I beat my wife but never my kids.” The now 61-year-old is confined to a wheelchair and requires help walking. He was also asked if the beatings he gave to their mom were harsh, he said “That you will have to ask her. I guess some of them were, I don’t know. I’m the one paying for it now… she was my best friend and I didn’t know it at the time.”
