Horrible Behavior
Jeffrey would, later on, admit that he would go to bathhouses very often and have sexual relations with a number of men while he was there. But it would bug him that his partners would move, as he wanted them to be completely under his control during sex. This is when he started drugging those he would have sex with, that way, he could be in complete authority of these men, raping them since they couldn’t give their consent since they were drugged. And as if his thoughts couldn’t get any worse, they did.
