A Few Friends
In 1968, the Dahmer family moved from Doyleston to Bath, Ohio when Jeffrey’s father finally got a job in Akron. Jeffrey ended up going to school in Revere High School and although he didn’t have many, he would end up making a few ‘friends,’ although they were more kids who copied his antics and egged on Jeffrey’s more than strange behavior. These same kids could have never known the evil that he would eventually end up doing. Jeffrey was also known to become highly intoxicated throughout the day, whether in school or not, and when asked by a classmate why he drank alcohol all the time, Jeffrey replied, “It’s my medicine.” He was known to be smart, but not get very good grades. His mind must have been on other things…
