The Infamous 924 North 25th Street Apartment
What would go down in history as some of America’s worst known crimes of the 20th century were committed at Jeffrey’s apartment? And while he was living there, he would go on to murder 12 other guys, many photos and body parts of which remained inside his apartment in different forms of preservation. While some were in jars, others parts were in the freezer, while others he had placed in a strange shrine that he was making. He also kept photographs, not just of his victims while they were drugged, but also of them in death, weirdly positioned in highly sexual ways and photographed by Jeffrey to keep before he would dismember and get rid of the body parts he didn’t want to retain. And not only were the ways and the kinds of body parts he was keeping becoming more and more varied, so was the way that he was handling his victims. He was becoming more inventive, and much more sinister. In fact, a few of his victims he would torture by drilling holes in their skulls while they were still alive, and he would inject acid or other solutions to see if he could keep them partially alive for his sadistic and torturous ways. He was a complete madman through and through.
