Acting Weird

They say a parent’s instincts are usually on point. For Faye, as soon as she saw Ashley and Kevin that day, she shared, “She [Ashley] was pensive and in fear, and completely closed off the moment her fiancé came over to greet me.” It was July 5, 2011, and the couple was set to elope soon enough, but Faye shares that she didn’t feel right about things. And her gut was absolutely correct. That was the very last time she would ever see her daughter alive ever again.

Ashley Goes Missing

A couple of weeks passed from the last time that Ashley had seen or spoken to her parents, they wouldn’t hear from her or see her at all. So finally, on July 29, one of the members of her family decided to file for a missing persons report with the Okmulgee, Oklahoma police. And that’s when things would begin to unravel for Kevin at the same time.
