Mommy Feeling Worn Out

At the time of their vacation, Lexi was 5-years-old, while little baby Peter was a mere 10 weeks old. Mommy Angela was worn out from still taking care of a semi-newborn baby, as well as from their entire trip. When she got behind the wheel in order to drive home, she already knew the journey home was going to be a long one, and feel even longer than it was.

The Long Way Home

As Angela was driving through the Canadian Rockies, she had messaged her husband that she was going to take a different route home. Both children were safely strapped into their 5-point harness car seats, and she had decided to put in a soothing lullaby CD to help the kids both relax and sleep on the drive home.
