Not everything was truthful
Julie told Deputy Leach how she felt that not everything about her sister’s death was truthful. She said that the investigation into Jill’s death wasn’t a very good one. Julie also revealed there was a lot of life insurance money involved in the case. She was also deeply concerned that Tanner might have been wrongfully blamed. She asked Leach if he could take a look at Jill’s case. Deputy Leach said he was intrigued and moved by the story of Jill’s death. He wanted to investigate the case further and find out whether Jill’s death was accidental or deliberate.
