Jill and Kathy
Meanwhile, Jill made some friends of her own at work. Kathy Parham became her closest friend, with whom she spent most of her time with during lunch breaks and other activities outside of work. They also formed a small prayer group with colleagues. Over the years, Jill and Kathy became inseparable, and eventually, Jill trusted Kathy enough to start confiding in her about personal matters at home.
