In search of the smoking gun
Leach called Mike’s third wife to know more about Mike’s properties and learned that his estate had already been under the control of a Colorado Springs bank. He then called the bank’s administrator to ask if they still had Mike’s gun. The woman on the other end of the line confirmed that they had all of Mike’s guns.
