The Blue Blanket

One piece of evidence from the over two-decade old case was Timmy’s blue blanket. Investigators realized that it would have been highly unlikely that he had the blanket with him on the night that he had allegedly gone missing from the carnival. Not only was the blanket 10-feet long, but it also happened to be around 90 degrees outside that day, too hot to lug around a thick blanket.

Concluding It Was From Their Home

Investigators would finally come to the realization that, with all the varying stories Michelle had told about Timmy’s death, she must have really been the one to kill him. Why else would his blue blanket, which they believed had been taken from their home in New Jersey, be found with Timmy’s skull? Police come to the conclusion that she had murdered her own son, wrapped him in the blanket and dumped him in the creek she knew was there since she used to work around that area.
