Finding The Right Witnesses

Prosecution was able to get three witnesses to give their testimony that the blanket was indeed Timmy’s. They had all seen the blanket in Michelle’s home with Timmy using it. Finally, they felt they had the one piece of evidence that would finally bring this cold case to rest.

Getting Arrested

Whether it was planned or not, Michelle was arrested on August 6, 2014, the day that Timmy would have celebrated his 29th birthday. The grand jury had decided that Michelle had “purposely or knowingly killed Timothy Wiltsey, or did purposefully or knowingly inflict serious bodily injury upon Timothy Wiltsey, resulting in his death.”
