Years Would Pass

Time would pass and there would be no other evidence found about what had happened to little Timmy. But then things would begin to unravel, albeit incredibly slowly. On January 21, 1994, Michelle’s car would strangely be found outside her brother, Michael Lodzinski’s home, and while that doesn’t sound so weird, it was the fact that her car was left on. Then things took an even more peculiar turn when she popped up in Detroit the next day saying that the FBI took her “to teach her a lesson for talking about Timmy.”

She Faked Her Own Kidnapping

A few weeks after this had happened, Michael would head over to Michelle’s and find an FBI calling card taped to her door that read, “It’s not over.” But when this evidence was brought to the police, Agent Butkiewicz who was handling the investigation would find out that Michelle had the calling cards printed herself. She had no choice but to admit that she had faked the whole thing.
