Downtown
It seems that Downtown is always a place to be in any city, and Houston is no different. However, history will tell that during the oil bust of the 1980s, Houstonians who worked in Downtown would rather live away from it. That is no longer the case as you most likely will see kids playing in parks, dog walkers, and joggers on a typical weekday afternoon. Residents in Downtown like their urban lifestyles with a lot of options available. It continues to be attractive to newcomers, and more residential options are underway.
