Spring Branch
Several minor bayous run through the community, Spring Branch (the neighborhood namesake), Brickhouse Gully and Briar Branch, which drain into Buffalo Bayou in Central Houston. There are many 1960s ranch-style homes in the westside, and bungalow houses for the “blue-collar” eastern portion. Original settlers were German Immigrant farmers, but today sees a lot of Korean American and Hispanic American communities.
