West University Place
Called West U by locals, it’s an upper-middle class neighborhood and is desirably located. Just about 15 minutes from Downtown, and a mile from the nation’s largest medical center. It also is near Hermann Park, and Houston’s Museum District. West U has been a favorite of white-collar families with kids for over 2 decades.
