How Did He Become A Dirty Cop?

Collins recalls how he went from young, naïve police officer wanting to help others, to corrupt and ‘seasoned’ dirty cop. He shares, “Shortly after becoming a narcotics investigator, I became a full-blown corrupt police officer.” He goes on, “What started off as small indiscretions led to bigger ones, which led to bigger ones, and was this slippery slope of wrongdoings.”
