Craig MacTavish

NFL player, Craig MacTavish, is a huge name in the hockey world, having been a part of a 4-time Stanley Cup winning team, but his life would make a dramatic change in January 1984. MacTavish happened to have been incredibly drunk when he chose to get behind the wheel of his car and in turn, smashed into the vehicle of 26-year old Kim Radley. His trial gave him a guilty verdict for vehicular homicide and he was sentenced to just 1-year in jail, even being able to sign with the Oilers after getting out. But he also shares that this is one “fatal mistake” he will never forget.

Lillo Brancato

Lillo Brancato had a breakout career when he was younger man, landing a role on the wildly popular HBO series, The Sopranos. But sadly, Brancato was a struggling drug addict who was always searching for his next fix. So in 2005, alongside his accomplice Steven Armento, he broke into the house of a friend who dealt drugs, Kenny Scuvatti. The next-door neighbor was an off-duty cop Daniel Enchautegui who could hear the commotion. After he called 911, he went over to see what was going on and got shot and killed in the process from Armento’s gun. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison but was released after 8 but was placed on parole until December 2018.
