Phil Spector

Record producer Phil Spector had been out with actress Lana Clarkson when they decided to head back to his home. Although no one truly knows the full events of what happened that night, what they do know is that Spector took his gun and shot Clarkson in the mouth. He then proceeded to go outside and tell his driver, “I think I just shot her.” During his trial, his lawyers attempted to get him off by claiming “accidental suicide,” but they gave him 19 years to life instead.

Sid Vicious

English bassist of notorious punk rock band, Sex Pistols, Sid Vicious lived the life of a true rock legend with sex, drugs and rock n’ roll. Along with his girlfriend, Nancy Spungen, the two were known to be heavy heroin users with a very tumultuous relationship that turned violent. When Nancy was found dead in their hotel bathroom, Vicious was arrested for her death but plead not guilty, claiming he didn’t recall anything, and got out on bail while waiting for his trial to begin. Before he could be brought back to court, he ended up dying of an overdose. Until this day, not everyone believes that Vicious actually did it; some actually think it was a drug buy gone wrong.
