Matthew Broderick

Before teen sensation Matthew Broderick, married actress Sarah Jessica Parker, he had actually been dating his then co-star, Jennifer Grey during the filming of the infamous movie ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.’ Broderick and Grey had been in Northern Ireland in a rented BMW when he accidentally drove onto the other side of the rode, hitting a daughter and elderly mother, who both died instantly. Grey and Broderick suffered quite a number of serious injuries as well, but incredibly, Broderick was only eventually charged with careless driving and had to pay a measly $175 in fines.

Venus Williams

Venus Williams unwittingly caused the death of a 79-year old man, Jerome Barson, when she had entered an intersection but was suddenly cut off by another vehicle. This then made her swerve and hit the Barson’s car, causing internal injuries and fractures to Mr. Barson’s spine. He died almost 2 weeks later, but Williams was not charged in his death. She eventually released a statement saying, “My heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends of Jerome Barson and I continue to keep them in my thoughts and prayers.”
