Prisoners of War

During the chaotic moments of the Tet Offensive, General Nguyen Ngoc Loan, the director of South Vietnam’s national police force, executed a Viet Cong (VC) prisoner on the streets of Saigon on February 01, 1968. Strong images such as this is reminder of the human agony in war-torn territories and reflecting on the mistakes of the past.
