Having A Stroke

After arriving in the hospital, Dan would find out that he had ‘broke his back, damaged his spleen and kidney, broke two ribs, his collarbone and fractured his skull.’ But even worse than that, his injury was so severe that Dan would end up having a stroke, which would end up leaving him paralyzed from the chest down.

Unable To Walk

Dan would lose his ability to walk, as well as suffer from a severe brain injury, aside from the other issues that he would have due to his many medical complications. He would even fall into a coma for over six weeks while his body and brain attempted to recuperate from his awful accident.
