Finding Her Body

Police said that they were led back to Steven’s house after confirming finding Crystal’s work bag in his house. Then when they went back to search in Chamber County, they found remains in a wooded area, which they believe belong to Crystal. They eventually made an official arrest of Steven, after which he confessed to killing her.

Why Did He Do It?

It has yet to be determined why Steven decided to murder his wife of 10 years. Could it have possibly been because she had started dating someone new and he was jealous? At the time of Crystal’s death, Steven’s Facebook page had still shown his status as a married man. From looking at it too, you couldn’t have known that he was apparently divorced from the mother of his children, or that she was already dating someone else.
