The Last Time Anyone Saw Crystal Alive

Crystal had supposedly canceled a meeting that morning precisely because of the impending arrival of Hurricane Harvey, but she still had a few others scheduled that afternoon. When she didn’t show up for one of the meetings her uncle began to worry. When she still was nowhere to be found the following day, the first thing her uncle did was file a missing person’s report.

Where Was Crystal?

Although Harvey already began to rage against Texas, Crystal’s uncle was adamant to get the word out about her disappearance. And he was also very compelled to explain that she had gone missing before the hurricane had even hit. He told Dateline, “This happened before the storm, which we think is really important for people to know. And now with all the flooding and everything down here, we feel even more helpless.”
